I find that the auto attendant is truly a poor use of time and man power.
When you call in the systems answers and goes blank for about 10 seconds. I am assuming that it is asking for my lacerte number because it than says "You can find you number bla, bla, bla". NOW after that it asks why you are calling. We would not be calling unless we are having a problem with Lacerte. TODAY it went even further by asking what area of the return or which module you are calling about. This whole thing takes about five minutes of valuable time. I understand that there are a limited number of "EXPERTS" available, but it is getting to the point that I feel that Lacerte is trying to restrict or try to make us not want to call.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS WE THE CUSTOMER AND STOP THIS INCREASED BLOCKING OF TRYING TO JUST COMPLETE A TAX
