partnership special allocation input sheets

Starting about 3 years ago, partnership input sheet form 29 page 1 and 2 stop printing when it was selected to print for a specific client. We use this manual input sheet to manually allocate special allocations by partner where a staff member will do the actual inputting at a later date. Now the only way to print these 2 input sheets is to force print them under general input sheet printing rather then specific client input sheet printing. this would seem like a pretty easy fix, but i have requested this several times over the past 3 years.
