We are not fond of the e-organizer as it looks old school and we don't want our clients to feel like they are completing their tax return. For years we printed a complete organizer and mailed it to our clients. Last year we tried emailing it - I had to email each of them one by one to our clients (almost 3,000) - needless to say it was very tedious. Not to mention many of the files showed up in a different format that the client wasn't able to open.
This year we would like to print the organizers to pdf and add to a client portal for them to view at their discretion. Could there be a setting that allows us to pick the format of the file name? Right now the client number is what gets used. Renaming each file individually is tedious and leaves room for error.
Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas for an efficient way to send out organizers to a large client base?
