Submitted by MattB on 02-23-2021 10:07 AMThe contact person information does not appear to be carrying into the Oregon Form OR-65-V correctly. The first letter in the last name is showing for the Initial and there is no last name printed for the contact person entered in screen 1. To fix this there needs to be overrides entered in screen 37.021. Can this be fixed?
