Submitted by Lance_Siebler on 10-31-2022 03:03 PMOregon will not allow the election into the OR-PTE rate to be changed on an amended return. Without the ability to force the form and the higher tax that may result, Lacerte is absolutely useless and the amended OR return will need prepared outside of Lacerte and paper filed.
