Submitted by David Tax on 01-05-2024 10:05 AMDoes Lacerte management have any idea that when using the electronic link organizer that you can only choose 20 clients at a time. I have 200 clients that used intuit link last year and I would like to send them the intuit link organizer this year. I have to go through the same process 10 different times for this group. In addition, it takes several minutes for the software to process the request. Not sure why the long delay is even a problem. You talk to customer service and they always tell that you submit more than 20 at a time. They take back their "expert" advice once they see me try the process through my system.
