There is a software glitch in LINK, when entering in new clients' returns in the prior year, and inviting them to LINK for the current year, all requests go to the prior year, nothing to the current year. Even using the same Engagement letter template, these new clients, with no history in LINK are sent to the wrong year. It's nearly impossible to get the requests into the current tax year in LINK. I've reported the glitch at least a dozen times and no one understands or tells me it's supposed to work this way(!)
