Submitted by JoeTaxTN on 02-09-2023 01:56 PMSo when you run Lacerte on Right Networks and you have no way to access your local drives. IE Lacerte will import / export CSV files, Trial Balance Utility, update Quickbooks billing etc. Also Quickbooks can export files to use in Excel. BUT there is no way to get files from RN to the C drive without becoming a File Explorer wizard. OR paying a lot of extra money to have all your apps hosted on RN.
1. Copy / Cut from I:
2. then switch to C drive.
3. Go to correct folder and paste file
4. Goback to Hosted environment and delete file - since cut/paste doesn't work.
We should have a way to use the Lacerte / Quickbooks features easily - not this slow and mistake ridden process.
