Lacerte 2022 updates window does not display

When updating Lacerte 2022 manually from the tools menu, it says Updates are available, and when you click update it should display the updates window showing all the updates that will be downloaded.  This window appears, but it is blank with an all gray screen.  The communications manager does appear and show the updates as they are received, but you cannot see what is remaining to be downloaded.  This problem was also in the Lacerte 2021 program in the earlier versions, but it was rectified and the window appeared correctly in later versions.  Please correct the Lacerte 2022 program to fix this.  In either the updates window or the communications window, would it be possible to add a little timer bar to each update to show how much has been downloaded and how much longer until each download file is complete?
