My IT guys couldn't find how to correct the fact that they downloaded the software to the wrong area and the clients didn't show up . They wanted me to wait 4 days to get back to me .
I called Lacerte, spoke with Chris and he walked me through getting all my clients added back in so that I could work .
This made my day and I am so backlogged and I couldn't work at all with no client information in the Lacerte software !
