Submitted by KMT on 04-14-2023 10:43 AMReceived Iowa e-file rejection for same issue that occurred earlier in the season. It took awhile but Lacerte fixed it. Getting the same error; however, the resolution is "This electronic filing reject is the result of a defect in the tax program. As a workaround for the issue, please paper file this filing." We are almost to the deadline and paper filing is not ideal. Frustrated that this issue was resolved and now is causing rejections again. Error message: /ReturnState/ReturnDataState/FormIA1040/Primary/GrossIncome/FormIA4562A/AcquiredProp They have depreciation coming from a K-1 and that is what originally caused the error at the beginning of the season.
