We noticed several times during tax season that a client would upload docs to intuit link, then the document would be missing from the request tab but would be under the documents tab. How come those two tabs don't show the same uploaded docs. Sounds like something is wrong. While you are at link the check boxes on both tabs to when a document is downloaded from either tab, it can be marked as done and the check box status is the same on all tabs for that item.
