Submitted by Kimberley 2 weeks agoThere are currently 20 status codes that can be customized for a client's file. We seriously could use more status codes AND additional custom fields for use internally. This would be quite helpful for those clients that purchase additional post-tax season services from us like audit protection, hourly consultation bundles, etc. The invoice fields will not allow for searching of these billable items, so we use the Custom Filter currently. But we use that Custom Filter for too many things already since it is the only FREE space we have. We simply need more places to use as we individually need to use them in our unique practices.
