immediate FIX of W-2 and W-3 forms where streets line 1 and line 2 are printing together on street line 2

This is our 2nd year using your "Print and e-file W-2s and 1099s" module as found under Tools in Lacerte. And for the 2nd year in a row, you still have not fixed the fact that when you enter 2 street lines, they both print together on the W-2s and W-3 on street line 2. When I enter street line 1 for the company (such as a DBA) and enter more street information on street line 2, they both print together only on street line 2 (so street line 1 is blank). This should be fixed immediately and should have been tested before the end user, me, had to take 1.5 hours this year with a phone call to Lacerte (Case:1592811472 Print Issue) only to be told that you have a software issue and nothing more can be done but for me to take even more time to type up my "idea". I didn't call last year because I assumed you would find the mistake on your own. I was wrong and so here I am and I expect a resolution. No resolution tells me I need to look for another W-2/W-3 software which there are plenty out there.

Sincerely not happy as I have had to take extra time that I don't have to go through this process,
