Quit trying to sell me stuff!!!!
We pay 10's of thousands already to you for crappy CS, hours and hours on hold so far since 01/01/2023 thru today 02/18/2023 we have now logged in 94 hours on hold or speaking with IT.
Lacerte used to be the Cadillac of tax programs now it's overly expensive, terrible CS, I know more that most of the IT people you hires.
Please please Lacerte get it together, I don't want to have use a new program, but all the above, and lack of communication on important issues being nonexistent, because you are so busy trying to upsell us is becoming abhorrent.
