Submitted by kelr2010 ThursdayIt would be nice to have the ability to highlight or bold specific instructions within the DocuSign letter. By making key instructions stand out I believe it will help stop MOST clients from over looking what they are required to do and cut down on unnecessary emails or calls received.
Even within the message I do not have the ability to highlight or bold even though the functions are shown above, they are unavailable to use. There are no options what so ever within the DocuSign feature.
