Help installing the program for 2024

Veronica was amazing.  She stayed with me until the issue was resolved.  Took awhile, but it was resolved and it was on my end, not Intuit.  Apparently, Trend Micro blocked the install process, and when the Intuit Tool was installed several years ago, the path got changed, and the new program did not recognize the change, so upon further investigation by Veronica, we modified through the Tools /Path setting, the right path and behold, the program did what it was supposed to do.  Thanks to Veronica for staying with the issue for over 90 minutes...A blessing to have her...  David
