Submitted by misakop on 03-12-2023 08:59 PMWhen doing manual update inside lacerte under tools, Lacerte updates, and if updates are available and you select update, the Communication Manager is supposed to open and display showing all the update files available for download. (all previous Lacerte versions).and how the downloads are progressing. In Lacerte 2022 the Communications Manager does not appear, and a grey screen opens behind Lacerte main window, but cannot be accessed. This identical problem was in Lacerte 2021 but was fixed. Please fix the Communications manager screen for updates.
