Either stop using DocuSign for the eSignature process and switch to another company or have DocuSign fix their software program so that a U.S. Citizen living outside of the Continental United States of America, e.g. Costa Rica, can use the eSignature process of authentication. DocuSign INSISTS upon a two-digit state code being entered. That totally negates the eSignature method and process. It IS broke, so please fix it. ---fjk
