eSigned Status - Upper Bar

I know it might be an anomaly, as I filed over 2300 amended returns this season (legislation passed) and the upper left hand status bar shows the total number of eSigned.  When you click on that it pulls all the returns that have been e-signed.  However, it rejects half or more of mine as invalid and asks "do you want to continue to file these that are amended returns"

Why not create a separate button for AMENDED e-Signed 8879s that are ready for Filing and then engage the "amended filing routine" rather than having me comb through the amended vs non amended.

Also what about being able to clear the bar since some of the ones that are e-signed get rejected and have to then be a paper filing.  However, they are still included in the count there....
