Currently eSignature does not validate recipient's email address. This causes an eSignature request to fail without notifying the sender that the email address in the sender's records is incorrect. After failing to send a request to a client several times, this caused me to contact support. Support did not question the email address spelling and proposed a solution that was erroneous and did not solve the problem.
Validation is needed or, at least, return a message that the email address was incorrect.
