e-file payment record

Can the Request Payment Date on the E-File Payment Record - Balance Due page be the actual date requested or April 15th?  It would be nice to be able to provide that page to clients as support that we requested payment on a specific date or the April 15th dates and that any delays in the withdrawal are issues with the filing agencies.  Now the date of the page seems to change and is not ties to the request date imbedded in the e-file information set with the e-file tax return.  Meaning what was found when I went to "E-File" the E-File Support Tools and then to View E-file.  The date there is the April 15th date but the date on the E-File Payment Record is April 17th or April 19th and even April 22nd for different clients.  This would be a very nice page to be able to provide to clients to support the actual payment request date as it also has all of the other important payment information for the payment to be name and made timely.
