I prepare tax returns for less than 50 clients and for the 2024 tax season, I have experienced a number of clients who did not pass Docusign signature authentication more than in past years. However, when my wife and I tried to e-sign via Docusign, both of us failed authentication on answers that were easily answered. We tried twice before contacting support services. Since we experienced the supposed failures as my clients, what gives with Docusign? Is there an available work around for clients?
