Submitted by hocketstik on 11-11-2023 01:08 PMLacerte needs to go back to where the reference number in a diagnostic could be used in the search on the diagnostic screen to get a meaningful explanation. It saved tax preparers time and lessened preparers having to make phone calls to Lacerte. Why in the world was that ability removed? Instead of making the function better, Lacerte removed it. BIG MISTAKE!!!
