Client Invoice added custom field

I want to start adding a surcharge % to every invoice, with the same functionality of the current "sales tax field"  But in California we don't charge sales tax on our services.  If I could customize the wording for this field I could use words that don't raise issues, since sales tax doesn't apply in CA.

Or if you just added a field that works just like sales tax and could be customized.

I currently am trying to get my clients away from paying with a credit card (cost is cutting into margin).

I will offer a discount of this fee is paid other than CC (Zelle, check or MO).  I can explain this in the footer of my invoices.

Thanks for the idea to add custom field for client invoice. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it us no longer considered "New".
