Submitted by miked333 on 11-01-2022 12:17 PMIn the past all of the appointment calendar data was stored in one single file and that could be opened with Excel. We could manipulate the data, import it into Outlook and do whatever we needed to do with it. This past year Lacerte encrypted the file so that we couldn't use it at all. There are no options at all to export the appointment information and very few print options. Please allow us to use this data. Either decrypt that file or allow us to export to a csv or something, anything!
