This is the second time I face this problem in 4 years of using LINK.
The number of files uploaded by a client and viewed under the "Requests" tab in LINK doesn't match the number of files when you view the "Documents" tab for the same client.
I almost made a big mistake on my client's tax return.
I need someone to call me to pursue this issue.
