I use two step authentication to log into Lacerte. The initial phase of receiving a code is hit or miss. Sometimes I receive a code on the first try. Sometimes it can take up to six or seven tries before I receive a code. This is time consuming during tax season. I've had instances where I've had to go back five or six years and reopen those years' apps. If I have to make more than two or three attempts for each year, it is frustrating. This year's enhancement that allows us to open two consecutive years using only one login has been a significant improvement. Keep going in that direction and enhance the stability of the authentication process.
