See Form #43-001a/#43-001b on Iowa Department of Revenue website. Iowa has mandatory e-filing under certain conditions. Our clients do not qualify for an "OPT OUT OF EFILING FORM" with Iowa, as per the Iowa Franchise instructions #43-008a. E-filing for our clients IA 1120F Franchise Tax for Finl Institutions form is required, but form does not currently exist in Lacerte 2023 or 2022. We have asked for this to be added for two tax-seasons now, and it still is not available.
