Are you talking about what Lacerte bills you for various packages & services, or the various ways you can price your tax returns on the client invoice? I'm going to assume the latter.
Screen 5.1 has the client-specific options to display/force/suppress invoices and override forms pricing.
In "Settings">"Client Invoice..." you can setup 1) multiple invoicing templates, 2) min/max return prices, and 3) forms-specific charges.
The way I use it: I set a minimum return price. Then I populate the "Form Charges" tab with ballpark amounts for the items that move the price in my billing, and then look at the client invoice and decide if I want to override it with a higher/lower number.
