Louisiana has a large amount of returns with delayed acknowledgements. We are working with them to correct this delay but do not have an ETA on when this will be resolved.
Returns are timestamped as soon as they are received by Intuit, so regardless of when they are accepted they will be considered filed as of the date of transmission.

Is Louisiana still having trouble with delayed e-file acknowledgements? We have a corporate return submitted two weeks ago whose status is still "Sent to Louisiana".
