How do you generate a 760-PFF for the Virginia return?

@Heidi757 To generate the Form 760-PFF for Farmers, Fisherman, and Merchant Seaman payments you will need to mark your related Schedule F activity in Screen 18 as "Qualified farmer filing by March 2, 2025" located in the General Information section of the screen.
There are a few limitations that may prevent the form from generating. For example;".....individuals must submit all income tax payments electronically if any payment exceeds $1,500 or the sum of all payments is expected to exceed $6,000. " In a case like this, double check the amount due.
