Is there a way to see who hs accessed the return? The 2019 had the correct spouse first name but somebody changed it to the wrong name on the 2020 return at some point.

Yes, go to Client Status, either by pressing F4 or clicking on the icon of the guy with the glasses on in the tool bar. Then click on the Client Log tab.
