I have been looking for the integration of SafeSend Returns in Lacerte 2023 and have followed the instructions to add the column by going to settings, Display and Miscellaneous and I do not see the option to add SafeSend.

Since 2023 is not really functional yet, that may be a big part of any issues you are having with SafeSend
