I thought CT just sent you a bill for your vehicle tax.

I think you are asking "where do I enter the CT vehicle tax paid in the CT individual return so my client can get the (potential) CT Property Tax Credit?" Is that it?

Try viewing those lines on the form, and right click (jump to input) on one of them.

I don't do CT, but you might be looking for Screen 54. 

If you know the form and line you want to put something on, then go to Forms view and find that box or line and RIGHT CLICK on it and select "Jump to Input"

In the Input Screen you can find things by using Ctrl + F to start a search. Click the appropriate RADIO BUTTON and enter the text or number you want to do a search on.

It is possible that it is not a form offered by Lacerte. My quick search leads me to believe it is something specific to locales.
