I have used lacerte for a long time. I tried to get into my 2021 lacerte returns and got a message "Unable to Validate your online credentials - please try again later. 2022 is fine. I went back and tried to get into 2020 and got the same message but then got into the program. Anyone else have this problem? Thank you.

Run WebSetup.exe for each year to load the latest release. There was a software update that had to be made at the end of the year for authentication to continue to work.

I don't know if it is the same issue, but this is from a year ago:
"Unable to validate online credentials" error when signing into Lacerte (intuit.com)
This worked. Thank you so much. Usually I have to ask my grandsons to come over on computer issues but I didn't have to on this one. Thanks again and good luck the next couple of months.
