It would appear that Lacerte's trust e-filing has a problem. I sent in 5 trust returns and all were rejected. I have updated the software twice and still am getting rejects. These are all former trust returns that I have done and never had problems in the past few years. The reason for rejects indicate that the problem is with the software provider. Anyone else having this problem?
IRS did something
I just got an update and the Federal 1041 was accepted, but California was rejected. I hope they'll fix this!
It was NOT solved on the state level. The update a few minutes ago fixed the issue with the IRS, but not California.
Same here all my Federal Trust returns are rejecting. The message says a new update is due today or soon. Very annoying.
Why oh why don't they post this on the Lacerte portion of the forum, or push a notification?
