Troubleshooting Transferring prior years data

Transfer appears to complete without error

No prior years data found in target year

The directory your prior-year proforma process is pointing to is not the same directory as your current-year Lacerte installation is looking in.

If that doesn't solve your issue, you've got plenty of room for complete sentences and more detail. 🙂

Do the proforma process again and take notes as to *where* the data is pointing.  Then go to settings (in the year you transferred TO) > Options  > Set Up and point that data path to the *where*.

Paths appear correct. 

The import from prior year process appears to proceed without GUI error message.

Do you know is there a Log sequestered somewhere that may reveal the cause?
