If I turn off DMS the client copy that I send to DMS will go there. If I leave DMS on it will get an error message every time why?

There is a new update. Use 2019 Lacerte WebSetup to do the update and maybe that will fix the issue. If not try the pdf repair tool. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/pdf-and-component-repair-tools-for-lacert...
