SafeSend Integration Gone?

Has the SafeSend integration with Lacerte disappeared with SafeSend purchased by Thomson?

Cannot find the "tab" offer in Options

According to Safesend, Lacerte has not yet released the 2024 Safesend Integration

I called Lacerte last month and asked when the Safesend Integration would be in place and was told 2/3 for businesses.  And yet, the update today still doesn't have it.  Safesend says to check with Lacerte.  Is anyone else a bit frustrated with this?

Agreed, getting nowhere. You are lucky you got a response from Intuit, I have called for days and getting nowhere.

Im showing SafeSend in the new update today.

Its not automatic..gotta add it in your settings/options/display

Hi there~

I know I have to add it, but when I go to Settings, Display, Other - Safesend isn't showing up as an option to add.  I've been checking with every update.

Any thoughts?

I just ran another update, says version 2024.4.15.0, which just completed right now.  And SafeSend is finally here 🙂 try another update and see if it helps.

I have 2024.4.15.0 and no SafeSend.  I'll give Lacerte a call.

Spent 45 minutes on the phone with Lacerte and they said the integration hasn't happened yet and should be showing up on the update for the 6th.

Now I'm baffled that two of you have said differently.  I've asked SafeSend and they refer me back to Lacerte.
