Print detailed Lacerte letter while also having the filing instructions printed too

Does anyone know how I can get the detailed Lacerte letter to print while also having the filing instructions printed too?  Currently, my options are:

No filing instructions will print Lacerte detailed letter.

With filing instructions, Lacerte will only print a summary letter.

I'd like to have both the filing instructions and detailed Lacerte letter.

For what it is worth, I print the client letter with the client copy. I print the filing instructions with the government copy that the client will sign, give to me and I will then process. 

Settings > Options > Items to Print > FOR EACH "Copy"> do check mark or remove check mark > Federal Return - Main Form Filing Instructions & State Return - State Main Form Filing Instructions

YOU get to decide how much or how little YOU want to print with each of 5 different COPIES of the return YOU will produce.
