So Lacerte seems to have replaced "Requires Electronic Payments" for California with "Participant in ETF/Web Pay Program."
But these are NOT the same!
The "Requires Electronic Payments" is a good reminder that they either have to pay by direct debit, or via FTB Web Pay."
But the new one generates a diagnostic if they want to pay via direct debit. Yes, it prints the Web Pay text on their letter, but I miss the year-year reminder about the applicable electronic pay mandate.
Is there any workaround?
