Recently, I've noticed that, when I'm using the 2024 program, I'm still required to log in to 2022, 2023 or 2025. Multiyear login seems to be broken. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hi @Lsebcpa Glad to see you in the Community and thanks for posting. We tested with 2024 open and seeing if 2025, 2023 or 2022 would prompt for a log in. This is working on our end; no prompt to log in. We recommend reaching out to Lacerte Support directly. They will be able to look at this with you and help get it resolved.
