Tried to login to 2019. Face a blank screen where there had been "login" "passwrod"
Years ago I remember this had to do with Internet Explorer being used as a conduit for the login screen so I thought I would update IE. Instead I am led to "Edge." Still can't login.
What to do? Who to call? Force install does not work. Does not recognize me as administrator even though I am the only user.

If that fails, I would use Windows to uninstall Lacerte. Reboot. Install Lacerte.
