Lacerte has a critical diagnostic in the fiduciary module that says the Federal K-1 is final but the instructions are still in draft. The IRS website has final instructions dated 1/14/25. So when will Lacerte take away this diagnostic?
You can still file the returns. Most clients don't read the instructions and can ask if they want the instructions. You could just put a link in the partner letter, e.g. This for 1065 https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1065sk1.pdf
