Is it an amended return?
And you are disclosing what appears to be your client's name on a public forum.

Google found a few articles https://www.google.com/search?q=ATEException+lacerte
No its not an amended return.
Use Ctrl + L to start an e-mail to Lacerte support. You can even attach a copy of the return for them to analyze. Like a phone call, but no hold music. You might need to wait a day or two for response.

Thank you!
Than you guys for your help, I finally called Lacerte and they pointed me to the direction / form that was causing me such a head ache. I believe it has been resolved.
