Efiling tomorrow with payment due

If I efile a tax return tomorrow (7/15) that has a tax due with the return that is to be debited from the taxpayer checking account........is it considered paid on time, if the debit doesn't hit the clients bank tomorrow, but hit's on Thurs due to bank process timing?

yes, you can e-file tomorrowy and the payment will be paid on time. If the return is e-filed on or before the due date the payment date will automatically be the due date of the tax return.
