E-Organizer and Mac: Is the E-Organizer Mac-compatible (i.e., can the E-Organizer be opened and utilized by a client using a Mac (not a PC)?

Not natively.  Your client's options are to open it in dual-boot by installing Boot Camp, which is no longer supported in the new ARM-based computers, or in a VirtualBox Windows client.

This seems to be an ongoing problem. Since a high percentage of folks use Macs, why can't Lacerte program this feature to work on both types of computers???

Good luck convincing Intuit and other professional tax software developers of that.  Depending on the survey you look at, Mac OS has roughly between a 10-18% market share.  That's hardly a high percentage and even less so when you consider business users in the accounting industry.
