I do not know for sure, but my guess is yes - If Microsoft 365 is your default for whatever you are storing in DMS. DMS is primarily pdf for copies of returns, but you can save word and excel files in it as well.
I couldn't find specific mention in Intuit ProConnect Community re: Microsoft Office version, but he is a link from Thomson presume similar requirements. Seems Thomson (Ultra Tax) requires desktop (Local PC drive, not Hosted) installation of Office applications and use of the 32-bit version.
