Hi @Anonymous. Make sure Lacerte is up to date and that there are no e-file critical diagnostics. Have you tried e-filing again?
Hi Brittney. Yes, I tried e-filing 3 times, but received the same rejection. No e-file critical diagnostics and we are running the latest version. I have a call into Lacerte support. I've seen all sorts of e-file rejections and they're usually pretty easy to fix, but this stumped me!
